The apartment was perfect for me, but I can understand why others may not share this view. I was in Liege with three friends to watch a football match, and this apartment is fantastically close to the Stade Maurice Dufrasne. You could see the stadium from one of the bedroom windows. It was large, clean, warm, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. I was more than happy.
But be aware that the area the apartment is in may not be ideal for everyone. You're right next to a cement-works site and a flyover, and this is clearly at the poorer end of the city. So while the apartment itself is nice and modern, it's a bit of a grim sight when you leave the property. Obviously that's not the fault of the owners!! But I think it's worth mentioning. But I didn't find it noisy, and there's a bus stop across the road which goes straight to Liege train station.
Top Tip - you might want to pick up a bottle of wine from the city centre before you arrive as there were no bars / shops particularly nearby.

The twin room (#305) was really comfortable with lovely bedding and lighting. The beds were together so it wasn't an issue that there weren't any double rooms available.
