Nice location in the forest. Good bed, good bath. Sauna nice but a bit small, so hard to find a relaxed way to sit. The rest (kitchen, room, etc) as you expect - coffee was available!

The location was peaceful and the accommodation very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the woods in the evening to a lovely restaurant overlooking the lake. It was an easy drive into Maastrict and also the pretty village of Oud Rekem - both worth a visit. We did not go into Lanaken itself as our time there was too short.

The place was very cozy and clean, the location of this house was very beautiful, situated next to the Vijverzicht lake. The house contained all of the necessary things needed for a stay. Perfect location to travel around the Limburg area, with very good access to grocery shoppings and restaurants in the vicinity. Close to Maastricht as well. Very good value for money.

They charge for a pet 25 Euros which is as per my opinion quite a high price.
We were staying at the receptionist for a while. We rang the bell, but nobody attended us. There was a notice on the table though informing us to go to the lounge area and get someone's attention.
I approached a waitress. She left at once what she was doing and went with me to check us in. She had a quite stern facial expression without any welcoming manners. I do not blame her. If I do work as a waiter and as a receptionist at the same time I would be under the pressure as well.

Beautifully renovated place, with lots of charm. More spacious than we expected, perfect for our family of 5. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, there's a small but lovely garden, a fussball table (which the kids loved), tv with Netflix. In 10 minutes walking distance of the centre of Lanaken. Responsive and friendly owner.
We had a spectecular view to the river Maas from our room. The neigbourhood is calm and quiet, you can only hear the water, the birds and a few bikers. Unforgettable and magical. The owner is very kind and helpful, I hope we will returne someday. Maastricht and the city of Lanaken are both only a couple of minutes by car.
A really lovely hotel with a cozy feel in a quiet area, yet with restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with many good options. This was my second stay at Hotel Boomgaard and I can definitely see myself coming back again.
Beautifully designed and maintained hotel with great facilities. The beds were nice and the room very sound proof. The park surrounding the hotel is lovely for walks. We enjoyed the free coffee and water.
