The appartement was comfortable, functional and clean. We liked the stone walls and wooden beams. The village was nice and quiet in very green surroundings (hills, lots of trees, and spring flowers).
We liked our stay there. We enjoyed hiking in the area; the appartement is ideally located to drive somewhere and hike.

It is a truly interesting hotel near nature with a complex architecture - stairs, common places, stained glass ornaments on windows, towers. I stayed there during extremely hotel weather but my room was on the shadowy side so there was no discomfort whatsoever. Also, the village of Laforet is an excellent place to wonder around. Also, it is very reasonably priced.
Lovely hotel in grounds with picturesque river running through grounds. Rooms were quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable. Perfect if with dog. Forest roads leading to hotel are wonderful giving real feeling of seclusion. Perfect stopover en route to the Alpes. Well priced and owners very helpful.
We arrived later in the evening, we called the host en she direcly came from the restaurant to welcome us. She was really friendly. It was a lovely hotel in a beautiful environment. The breakfast was really good.
