The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was outstanding and the omelet that was made for us was incredible. The parking was super easy to access. The room was large and the view was gorgeous.
The wildpark is definitely worth a visit. We already knew the village since we visited it multiple times in the past. Other than for the Grottes de Han we would not recommend the village itself. Mercure Hotel is very comfortable and nice but other than that there's not much of a vibe in the area. Chez Herman restaurant is good value for money. Arthur (the restaurant of the new hotel Au lit des Ours is outrageously bad. Very pricey and disgusting food. If you like hiking we would recommend going to nearby Resteigne or Eprave. Very scenic walks

The hotel was beautiful.
The hotel was beautiful. The town was very quaint and had a street market that Friday with food and delicious beer. Know that parking almost everywhere costs money. We were lucky to find a spot a couple blocks off the main street and didn't require payment, but that was a rarity, I've been lead to believe. We walked to the excursion into the caves and that was definitely worth it. We got the lesser of the two tours and, in my opinion, was plenty. There was still a lot of walking and amazing sights.

a very nice 3.5 stars hotel, with a very central location and a parking space for free.
The room was very big , clean and modern and with a view to the Church.
Very nice friendly and professional staff, that despite the weekend rush , 80 years of the Batle of the Bulge weekend kept their calm and professionalism.
I also like the breakfast with really fresh products, the bread and the croissants were amazing.
Hosts were super friendly, you really get the feeling to have mixte of b&b and hotel which is really nice cause you have a lot privacy but also get very well accompanied by the Hosts. The family suite was big, really beautifull and well equipped. The breakfast was also super you could see they really care to have everything you want or need. They have a lot of homemade stuff like bread or jam or fruit salad 🤗
Very spacious room (double bed and bunk beds) with very comfortable beds, great shower and even a kitchenette for those keen on cooking. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread and pastries, fruit, hot selection (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, etc). Friendly staff. Excellent hotel all in all. Would recommend.
This a new hotel, well desigend, comfortable, clean.
Nice rooms, great towels and linen.
Breakfast and Dinner were exclente.
The pool is small but fun, the hotel was full and we were alone at the pool.
Very nice hotel, with friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Location was very good for the caves and wildlife park.
