Very good position close to the underground and train stations, big rooms
Great place for a stay overnight on a business trip - location is one issue (my meeting was close by, but Brussels is far given traffic). Plan to arrive early to enjoy the spa and gym. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and quiet. First time I enter an hotel room, and the temperature is agreeable. Great breakfast!

- The village of Groot-Bijgaarden is nice. The flower show is worth a visit.
Beds. Easy to find though not easily explained about how to get to it travelling into Brussels direction.
Reception guy helpful but we saw first hand how bad your customer service staff are in the phone as even the hotel guy was baffled by their idiocy.
The road in front of the hotel was temporarily blocked due to road works, but the personnel send a message about this in advance. I appreciate proactivity!
