Beautiful location. Very close to the national park and to Aachen. You will need a car or some kind of a transport because the house is not located in a city. The amenities are new and high quality. It makes for a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

The Park Hotel Kelmis was renovated in April 2017 and is located in the middle of the Euregio, a 15-minute drive away from the center of Aachen and 40 minutes from Maastricht or Liège.
The Hotel is a very old establishment, that was remodelled and extended recently. We had an upper appartment on the side of the road. The flat wass very clean and maybe lacked some pictures and homelyness, but everything was really new and comfy.
The breakfast was a hotel breakfast in the main building. It was good, but nothing spetacular.
The pool was nice to cool down after a day of travel.
We liked the buffet breakfast and the homemade jam! We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and the buffet salad bar was tasty and fresh.
We enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna area is renewed and has spacious sitting area. The garden is well maintained and the playground is nice for the kids in a sunny day.
My room was at the back side of the hotel and was very quiet. As I arrived late I didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice too. The parking is for free and the hotel seems to get permanent updates as I haven't seen any dated areas there. Will come back for sure.
The hotel is really close to the motorway, but still in a quiet spot. Nice big room and bathroom. The room was cold when we stepped in, but soon as we swithced the heating on, its warmed up within 10 minutes. The restaurant is very nice with small, but very delicious menu. Staff is amazing, and very polite.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and the restaurant was lovely. The breakfast options were fresh and varied. The hotel is close to the motorway but at the same time quiet. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but I would definitely recommend it!
