I had a disappointing experience at Pentahotel. We arrived at 8:30 PM for a short 4-hour stay and paid €80, which included breakfast. However, breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so if you have an early flight, there's no point in paying extra for it.
Google Maps directed me to Holiday Inn, where I parked my car, thinking it was part of the hotel. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she rudely told me it wasn’t their problem. I had to move my car and park at their hotel, only to be told parking costs €18, despite staying for just 4 hours. The receptionist insisted this fee was part of the booking, even though they have a sign clearly displaying hourly rates.
Absolutely unacceptable service! I will never stay here again.

I thought it was exceptional. Easy parking. Private spa. Great rooms. Good location. I hadn't prebooked the spa so they did that for us late evening. Loved it. I suggest prebooking it though. Good breakfast. An experience to remember. It was a jail previously. Loved little facts lying around.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Modern hotel with very comfortable room. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, close to the main tourist attractions and downtown. It was easy to access and offered parking. The breakfast had very good variety of fresh and also vegetarian food. We could also spend good time in the swimming pool. Great value for money, I’ll definitely return with my family.
