The location was quiet and very beautiful but easy to drive to the nearest town for food and activities (they had lots of live music events on, and a fair). The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. The best thing was the amazing breakfast - it was both massive (more than I was expecting even though it does state "generous breakfast") and delicious. Their homemade elderflower jam was a big hit with our family and we even bought a couple jars to take home. There is also a dog run (fenced and enclosed) to let the dog run around. Really enjoyed our stay, looking forward to coming back!

The space in the room was amazing, staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was at an extra cost but so convenient behind hotel. Location of hotel is brilliant.

The hotel is ideally located close to the main Market square, the rooms are great with very nice toiletries along with tea & coffee making facilities, also a very reasonably priced mini bar. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. The staff are very helpful and friendly and give good advice on where to go and see, they also have taxis there in a matter of minutes if you want one. I would like to give a special mention to Steve who runs the bar at night, he is a great lad to have a chat with about everything Belgian, he speaks 5 languages his only downside is he supports Chelsea! We had a great chat about football but I couldnt get him to like Leeds. All in all, I would highly recommend the Acacia to anyone thinking about visiting Bruges.

Really liked the generous size of the room, the fact it had a kettle (love my tea I'm British!) and was surprised to find lots of UK TV channels on the TV, not that we came to Bruges to watch TV but it was nice. Location was great, short walk to centre of Bruges. Room was quiet too.

We arrived late and were greeted in an extremely unfriendly manner. The son of the owner is not maintaining the excellent service with a smile that his parents offered. Our room was pitifully small and uncomfortable. We won't be back. Ken

Very nice small hotel in the country, very close to the coast. Big rooms and very comfortable and a lovely lounge and breakfast was included. The small things matter and that really is worth mentioning for this hotel. It looks also like a big bed and breakfast but with hotel facilities. Well done!
Lovely little hotel, very well presented. Not much to do in the surrounding area but we used it as a base for our visit to Cirque du Soleil. Breakfast was a delight. Very quiet location. Easy parking on site.
