The most extraordinary place we have ever stay. This hotel puts many 5* in the shadows. Beautifully decorated to the highest standard and cleaned to a higher standard. Upon entering one feels at home and the staff were going above and beyond what was expected. Our room was enormous; tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The en-suite was spotless. Having travelled over 1800 miles from Bulgaria in the previous days we were given was can best be described as breakfast fit for a king, incredible cooked hot food, fresh breads, cheeses, hams, great coffee and orange juice. ( and then we were given pancakes. On the advice of the staff we visited the local town of Damme which itself was another great experience . I really wish I could have given a higher score in the ratings

Nothing, they didn't accept me, maybe it's racial discrimination?

This is a magical place. The hotel is located beautifully alongside one of the canals in a quiet part of the city, yet very close to the center and all the sights. Entering the hotel, you feel like visiting elegant friends. Everyone at the reception is very friendly and speaks four languages.
Our room faced the water and was beautifully designed. The house is 500 years old and the windows as well as the walls are not sound proof, but the design is elegant and old-fashioned in a stylish way. There is a coffee maker and a water heater in the room. Beds are comfy.
Breakfast is an experience as the breakfast hall is on water-level and the buffet offers everything in a very tidy manner.

The breakfast had a lovely range of good food (full cooked/ continental/ cereal yoghurt etc) to start the day. The location great for getting round Bruges and was near to a shop and local restaurants and bars.
Every was brilliant. Very calm and relaxed whilst we went through the check in even though we arrived early. Room was gorgeous with everything you’d need for a comfy relaxed stay. Every also cooked a fabulous evening meal to a very high standard. The whole of the hotel is very tastefully decorated and no expense spared. The guys also have time to make their own soaps, lotions and very tasty preserves. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
Very nice small hotel in the country, very close to the coast. Big rooms and very comfortable and a lovely lounge and breakfast was included. The small things matter and that really is worth mentioning for this hotel. It looks also like a big bed and breakfast but with hotel facilities. Well done!
Lovely little hotel, very well presented. Not much to do in the surrounding area but we used it as a base for our visit to Cirque du Soleil. Breakfast was a delight. Very quiet location. Easy parking on site.
