Amazing location. Last minute booking, no refund, with a host that is not in the business. Place was not ready, I had to kill time, 1hr, so he could get it ready. Information during booking said everything included, but in fine printing, insanely confusing, extra charges and hidden fees for everything. Host was sleeping when I arrived and had to rush to get it “clean”. I am not mad but will never get back to this place. Host never had a clue I had that I booked, though he is registered with booking.com since 2016 and told me he do not like last minute bookings, complaining about them. A Mexican telenovela guys, avoid!

Lovely location, with everything being new. All the decorations inside are really nice and stylish. Nothing is missing and the jacuzzi was at the perfect temperature when we arrived. Ready to relax and enjoy the view.

Beauraing itself was fine with some good restaurants. A tip if you are not hungry and are travelling as a couple is to have one dish and two plates as every restaurant was willing to do this. That meant with the big portions you did not get over full, nor leave half of it behind. Stay in Beauraing just be careful which hotel you pick.
- location - it is really quiet around the hotel, but at the same time it is really in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing to do in a walking distance, not even a path to take a walk
- staff- very friendly and helpful. The English language level of the most of staff is very limited but they are really nice
- nice drinks in restaurant (food very bad, pls see below)
