The place is close to all the attractions in Liege as most are walking distance. Its a big city but the old city is very small so many things within walking distance. We like the fact that city buses runs in front of the hotel and you can time your travel. The young hotel staff are very helpful and nice and recommended many things and were easy to communicate with it. We purchased ready made food (soup) from the front desk as we didn't feel like going into town for a small bit of eats.
The hotel is near the Opera house, and a big plaza and quite safe to walk. Lots of cafes by walking distance. Liege has one of the famous metro stations.. its totally worth it to go and visit it. Its incredible - many trains leave from here to all over Europe and Belgium.
