The fact that the hotel is next to a Dhaka Meteo station, and yet not next to the road. One has to veer off the street and go a bit deeper into the street, which allows for much quieter stay as Dhaka roads are extremely noisy because of all the incessant honking.
The personnel is very friendly and speak good English.
