I booked single room for two nights, but because they were full, they arranged me in a two-bedroom room which is suitable for families i think. It's a very professionally run hotel with spacious and well-lit rooms. The room was equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea etc. I noticed thorough cleaning by dedicated staffs, which is trustworthy, but the first room I was assigned had some red droplet stains on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. I assumed It was a mistake, and they quickly sent someone to clean it. The ground floor has a restaurant, and the included breakfast is very friendly. It's best to go early to avoid the crowds; as a foreigner, it's hard to compete with locals, which got me annoyed, but the restaurant staff were very considerate and helped me get food and even allowed me to take it back to my room - very much appreciated. The food prices are also reasonable, so I recommend dining at the hotel. I stayed at another hotel for one night due to lack of availability here, and compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, this one is much better. It's a great choice considering the overall price and reviews. I can't speak for the single room setup, but the bedding and decor should be consistent. Highly recommended.

It’s the most desired tourist destination of the nation having the world’s longest sea beach.
It’s wise not to waste much time travelling the city, it’s quite typical. Better, concentrate on relaxing by the beach which will give you a unique feel every time. If possible, visit the beach in different times of the day (and night).
Now the District Administration also has taken initiatives to make the stay and travel comfortable for the tourists. It means, now the security system and cleanliness of the beach area has improved a lot.

Love to be back every year.
Love to be back every year. This time experienced train journey from Dhaka to Cox Bazar for the first time. For food Poushi & Shalik restaurants are always top in chart. Never forget to visit old working place at Marine drive road.

I will rate 10 on 10 for the location of this property. Airport pickup was available on payment. Breakfast included with the room rent and it was sufficient for a traveler. Quality of food was quite excellent. Restaurant's BBQ portion was amazing. In a word, all the tour members were fully satisfied with this tour.

Rooms & Facilities are excellent & world class. Complementary Breakfast is also good. But other Alacarta Lunch/ Dinner have limited options and lacks both taste & variety / so food quality requires improvement
It was actually good. I really liked the environment. And the swimming pool was so much amazing than i thought it would be. The hallways were neat and clean, and i really like the room of this hotel. The beds were so comfy and the view was fabulous! I also enjoyed the food of Kasbah and Pranzi. And the infinite pool was awesome because at night the pool looks more beautiful. So, after all I love this hotel.

The behavior of the hotel staff was good. The morning breakfast was good. But the hotel room was dirty. The amount of money was high as a service. AC air was not very good. AC room but room was not cold. I will try not to pay so much money in this hotel next time. With this money, I hope to get better service than other five star hotels.
This is a bad hotel, I made a booking through booking.com a week ago, after reaching their hotel they said they have no booking, when I challenged, they were forced to arrange the room after four hours. They are unprofessional.
