Location was great, shuttle service was really useful, the room was clean and tidy and had a great AC unit! the staff were friendly and the price was very good. also the restaurant was well priced and had great food.

I had a good stay at the Hotel BM. My room was spacious and quiet, and I really appreciated the included breakfast as well as being able to have dinner in the hotel's attached restaurant. The location is convenient to both the airport, either a 30-minute walk or a short taxi-ride away, the Tunnel of Salvation, and Central Sarajevo via the tram stop a short walk away. Some of the reception staff were a little gruff, except for the wonderful lady from Serbia with the headscarf who was so very friendly and welcoming, and the helpful guy who worked the bar in the evening.
