I had a good stay at the Hotel BM. My room was spacious and quiet, and I really appreciated the included breakfast as well as being able to have dinner in the hotel's attached restaurant. The location is convenient to both the airport, either a 30-minute walk or a short taxi-ride away, the Tunnel of Salvation, and Central Sarajevo via the tram stop a short walk away. Some of the reception staff were a little gruff, except for the wonderful lady from Serbia with the headscarf who was so very friendly and welcoming, and the helpful guy who worked the bar in the evening.

Very nice modern hotel with lovely helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. Handy to shops and supermarket. 24 hour reception and no problems getting a taxi to the airport for my very early flight.
