What a nice surprise. His property is taken care of very well. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The breakfast was delicious and everybody was very kind. Ivana greeted us and she took such pride in the property I thought she was the owner.

Trebinje is an absolute gem!
Trebinje is an absolute gem! I was captivated by its charm and natural beauty. The old town, with its narrow cobblestone streets and traditional buildings, makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The bridges over the Trebišnjica River add a special touch to the scenery, and a walk along the river is pure delight. The friendliness and hospitality of the local people made my stay even more enjoyable. I must mention the beautiful vineyards and the delicious wine that Trebinje offers. This is a place that is definitely worth visiting, and I will surely return!

One would prefer not to give Trebinje too much attention, as I see it as a "hidden treasure" in which I would like to travel back to. I have been coming to Tjebinje for the past 3 years, when I "accidentally" stayed in Trebinje one night when I was leaving Mostar (which is also a treasure, by the way, but not hidden like Trebinje).
The experience itself in Trebinje is filled with joy and the feeling of being safe, as nothing bad happens in Trebinje (at least not that we know of).
What we do when we come to Trebinje is to book in regularly with some of the private houses that are rented out either on Booking.com or on Airbnb (mostly Booking.com, as they have the best alternatives.
In Trebinje itself, there are an incredible number of things to do - we are a family with 3 small children, where we either go to the aqua park or hang out in the big lake in the town. I often suffer from restlessness, so I often go off to take pictures, where Trebinje never disappoints when it comes to taking beautiful pictures. Trebinje has everything you want in terms of monasteries, churches, old forts and a stream that adorns the image of the town.

The hotel is located on a perfect spot on the river next to a pretty bridge. and the hotel is featured on many magnets/postcards at tourist shops. The room was amazing with a pop-out window overlooking the river, as well as a roof-top terrace overlooking the museum and minaret. The staff were super kind and helpful, helping me with directions and travel tips! The omlette I ordered was tasty! Defo recommend!
RAS Hotel is located in the old city center of Trebinje. A center that is quite small but full of history and located beautifully by the river. The hotel has charm and blends well into the environment. The room was clean and neat and the bathroom was clean and worked well. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and included in the price.
Jelena was a lovely host, super responsive, helpful with finding the building in Trebinje and very accomodating. She organised the house well, and had gone above and beyond stocking the apartment with all the essentials and more! It was in the perfect location, up the road from the bus station. Making it so easy to visit from out of town.
the owner was very kind and welcoming, the apartment is in a quiet location, it has everything you need. if i come back to trebinje i will definitely come back to this apartment
