Anel, Jennah (we hope we got their names right) and colleagues on duty were exceptional. Absolutely warm and generous people! Professional and efficient too. The room was neat, the bed very comfortable (my grown up niece slept like a baby), the breakfast made us feel like royalty. Bosnian hospitality right here at this hotel. A very quaint and cosy, almost fairytale like hotel with good people around. We hope they remember us too 🤗

The hotel has a free parking spot , the location is great , walking distance to main places. The front desk Tanya was so kind and helpful to us. She is doing her job very well , that is the main reason I give 10 star. I hope she is getting enough payment :) They arrange a bottle of wine since we were in the honeymoon. Thank you so much for everything. It will be a best choice to stay in this hotel.

Very close to the old town stari most, unesco heritage place.. nice mountain view from the rooftop.. nice room and all you need is there... friendly staff and easy to communicate even you are late for check in.. can try their homemade pomegrante juice which is so nice 👍. Recommended
