A spiritual visit to Medjugore that was very pleasant. Only thing I didn’t like was the commercial aspect of the town. There are lovely restaurants & the food is very good.
Be prepared for huge crowds of people everywhere in the town but quiet & tranquility to be found in the sanctuary & also in the countryside around.
Many lovely hikes to be found through the vineyards.

Medjugorje is a nice city placed in the heart of Hercegovina. Good restaurants nice people and a lor of attractions nearby. Krizevac Lady od Medjugorje and Kravica waterfalls are just some of them.
We have visited this city in August with over 30 degrees so if prefer coldee clima I think autumn is perfect.

It was the second time traveling to Medugorje. I would like to see it again as soon as it gets. I feel home in this place. The only problem is the food as you can’t eat everywhere.
I rented a house so I cooked for myself and my friends. I would like to have that time for the sacred place.

Acceptable, but the price is not competitive than the minimum required to accommodate comfortably four guests. I travelled with my family from high Croatia to Bosnia staying in four different apartments. My rating apartments: 10 (Pula), 10 (Rijeca), 10 (Split) , 7 (Medjugorje)
The host Josif was very friendly and accomodating especially as I arrived late in the evening and assisted me with my transfer to Dubrovnik. The breakfast was exceptional and they accommodated all my needs. The location was perfect and easy to find and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Good location, the next one after hotel/restaurant Dubrovnik and it's directly oposit of the church.Simle, but has all what pilgrims need. Nice touch was offering of the water/juice in the lobby.
