The staff was PHENOMENAL! It was my mom's birthday and I asked where I could order a cake for her as a surprise and the staff took care of it for me. I can't wait to go back and I will be staying here. It was so close to everything we needed and wanted to go.

Hotel Stana is very close, about half a block, to Saint James church. The host and his wife we were welcoming and happy to help us and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. The breakfast they provided was very delicious and it was a pleasure to stay with them.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was very helpful & polite. Location was AAA. There was an issue with water pressure one evening/night & the staff did their best to assist. Matter was resolved by the next morning. We received a discount on our total bill for the inconvenience. That was a very pleasant surprise on checking out!

A spiritual visit to Medjugore that was very pleasant. Only thing I didn’t like was the commercial aspect of the town. There are lovely restaurants & the food is very good.
Be prepared for huge crowds of people everywhere in the town but quiet & tranquility to be found in the sanctuary & also in the countryside around.
Many lovely hikes to be found through the vineyards.

Medjugorje is a nice city placed in the heart of Hercegovina. Good restaurants nice people and a lor of attractions nearby. Krizevac Lady od Medjugorje and Kravica waterfalls are just some of them.
We have visited this city in August with over 30 degrees so if prefer coldee clima I think autumn is perfect.

It was the second time traveling to Medugorje. I would like to see it again as soon as it gets. I feel home in this place. The only problem is the food as you can’t eat everywhere.
I rented a house so I cooked for myself and my friends. I would like to have that time for the sacred place.

Location near local bus station approx 2 minutes walk. Hotel staff very welcoming. No kettle in room but hot water for cuppa tea available for free at main lobby. Small fridge on hotel floor for guests to use. Short distance on foot from hotel to St. James’s church. Going to Blue Cross and Apparition Hill either by walking or taxi (€5.00) Extra charges when using bank card transactions. Handy to have enough Euro cash. We found one atm in the area which dispenses local Bosnian Mark currency only.

Acceptable, but the price is not competitive than the minimum required to accommodate comfortably four guests. I travelled with my family from high Croatia to Bosnia staying in four different apartments. My rating apartments: 10 (Pula), 10 (Rijeca), 10 (Split) , 7 (Medjugorje)
The hotel was clean, staff was helpfull. The breakfast was OK, and the ladies at breakfast worked hard to provide the customers with coffee and eggs. The hotel is nearby the church and center (10 min. walk). It's position on a dead end street, so very quiet.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating, helpful, friendly, polite, and went out of their way to make sure or stay was amazing, very nice people, I would recommend to anyone and will return myself I future
