It was really spacious and convenient going to both sides of dubrovnik and Bosnia. You can see the border from the balcony. We booked 6 nights from out 11 nights holiday and thought we would move to split after 6 night but ended up deciding to stay here. The owners are really sweet especially the mother even if u have to use google translate most of the time!

The hostess was very friendly and was available to respond immediately to any questions I had. The view is spectacular and it is a quiet area perfect for relaxing. We traveled back and forth into Dubrovnik and the distance was close with no problems for us to cross the border.

This apartment was a vary lucky find. I booked it late in the evening, only about an hour before arrival. The owner MIrza responded quickly, we were happy to find that the drive to Ivanica was short, border crossing took only a minute, and the house was basically just around the corner from the border. Apartments EMA has 3 floors, with the owner's living quarters on the ground floor, and an ample parking space at the front of the house. It is located on a small street and easy to find if you follow the map. The town is small and quiet, there is a small grocery shop and a cafe. Mirza recommended us a good and surprisingly popular restaurant in the nearby village of Drijen. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a good shower, A/C and kitchen in the living room. We liked the beds. The owner was very helpful, correct, always available and swift in responding in WhatsApp.

We were going to swim in Dubrovnik and then go to Sarajevo. Since houses were very expensive in Dubrovnik, I saw on the map that this house was very cheap. The house was right on the border when you enter Bosnia from Croatia. The house was in a village. Frankly, while we were thinking about where we were going and what we would encounter on the way home, we came across a house that was as beautiful and well-kept as we could never have expected. We could not have guessed that the house would be this beautiful.
