From the start was nice welcome with smile and calm young female recepcionist.. Big room with terrace, so very bright.. Unlimited all spa facilities (two saunas, relax room, pool with salt water, and a jacuzzi) with provided fresh water, and a towel and adequate slippers, and good breakfast, and great people in hotel in all area with smile. Free parking with a lot of place.. Not in the city centre but is was easy to reach in all places in Banja Luka.
