The location is perfect for what we came for - a peaceful place away from the city, clean air, and sledding. Unlike all the other places around the city of Sarajevo, this is probably the only one where you can find true peace during the weekend. There is practically no people around... we found a perfect hill for sledding and we were the only people there. The hotel itself is wonderful, new, clean... It has a beautiful restaurant with affordable prices and a perfect view on Pale. The hotel stuff is more than kind - they even put chains on my car's tires as I didn't know how to do it.

- Great location, nice and quiet and in the mountains, Only 15 minute taxi ride or a 10 minute cable car ride from the city centre. Lots of nice hiking and walking trails nearby.
- Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early at the hotel and they kindly gave us a room straight away. They gave us lots of good tips and advice on how to enjoy our stay. The front desk staff, Fuad, was especially nice and very helpful.
- Room was lovely, spacious, clean, cozy and well furnished.
- Facilities were great, lovely cafe/restaurant, nice size swimming pool and saunas.
