The villa and view are even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was as written in booking. The overall size is enough for 4, 5 people. The stuff is very kind and helpful. Amazing view especially at night you can see the beautiful snowy mountains. Some people commented about wifi and the size, but they clearly mention that there is no wifi and villa is suitable for 4 people. You can’t complain about something which is clearly mentioned in details and you didn’t pay attention when you booked. In this case it is your problem, not the property owners. Plus you are going to mountains and of course there won’t be supermarket so bring your own food if you don’t want to eat from their menu.

Very good host, he was very hospitable to us and did alot to make us feel at home. He helped us with a driver from quba(60 manats) as we were having issues with getting a fair price from a taxi coming over. He ensured the stove was always lit to keep the place warm and everything after a hike, he will serve us tea. Dinner was simple but very filling. What I liked most was that he was very honest and upfront about the costs of everything, no hidden charges/upselling

Our stay here was amazing. The location is very beautiful, right next to the river. Once can easily cross the river and explore the mountains on the other side with many trails. The main village is around 10 minutes away, and the uphill walk is very scenic. The room is very clean and comfortable with 5 beds (4 single and 1 double), and the small room heater was more than enough for an October night. The bathroom is clean and has hot water.
Izzet himself is very responsive and helpful, including on Whatsapp. His family is warm and friendly, especially his father. They provided delicious meals, and Izzet arranged for us to be picked up from and dropped off at the Quba bus station. Also, he is a historian, so he can give lots of information on Xinaliq history. If possible, visit the local museum with him.
