Baku is by far one of my favorite places to visit. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and is super clean and safe. The history and cultural richness was amazing and the food was excellent. English can be limited at times but do not let this dissuade you! The effort is worth it and people are very friendly.

Baku is an excellent city and well worth 2/3 days. One day spent on a tour doing Gobaston etc. The other trips o would suggest you feast h carefully. It takes hours to get there and i wasn’t impressed with the d persians. I cancelled all my trips throughout the country and just spent a week chilling in Baku. Probably too long but Baku has nice restaurants. Never done that before usually i like to explore but the places just didn’t interest me

Baku was beautiful and clean, with stunning architecture and fascinating historical attractions. I never got tired of walking in its streets. The sightseeing spots were easily accessible and well-prepared for tourists. It was a safe city overall.
My only issues were related to the English language. Most people I encountered in the city struggled to speak even a few words in English. Additionally, signs throughout the city were rarely written in English.

A blend of highly modern architecture and an old city area that retains its heritage and charm! Several good places to eat vegetarian meals with Chinese food at Chinar ranking right at the top followed by several Indian food outlets. Nizami street area with only pedestrians is a paradise for food, shopping or just watching people enjoy life! Hyder Aliyev centre, carpet museum and many other buildings are all architecture jewels - from outside as well as inside. Historical places just outside Baku like Gobustan add another charm to this bustling city that is still very affordable with friendly people eager to help you. One can consider spending 4 days here, combing with a few days in Tbilisi, Georgia making it a week long vacation!

A beautiful tiny hotel in the very heart of the old city, just seven rooms, exactly as it states. The room is bright and clean, bed linen are clean and fresh, staff's polite, helpful and caring. And I know what I'm talking about, I've tried a half a dozen hotels in Baku city center and this is one of the best in general and absolutely best for the price. Will definitely come again. Breakfasts being served on the rooftop and accompanied by a mesmerising old city and sea view.
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Towels and toileteries were replaced on time. Breakfast had good options, viz. Fruits, omelette, bolied eggs, cheese varieties, jam varieties, bread, juice, hot drinks, porridge, etc.
City Centre (nizami Street, Old Baku Town, etc.) is just 13 km away. Plenty taxi options available via bolt app. Otherwise, the hotel staff is also ever ready to help with taxi and other information.
Breakfast was good with standard varieties. The highlight of the hotel is the location and Ms. Nigar, who very efficiently helped us plan our trips. She was very kind and made sure our trips are executed effectively.
Nizami street is 5-7 mins walk. if you download BOLT app, than you can get the taxi for less than 5 mannat to almost every attraction like baku old city, Carpet Museum/little Venice etc
Everything was exceptional, I would like to appreciate Ms Zahra & Mr Sheheryaar for their kindness & support in all the matters related to check in. The staff was very helpful. Our sea view Room was clean & spacious. No hotel in Baku can give you such marvelous view of boulevard Sea. All the services were 5 star. Fairmont would be my only option whenever I come back to Baku. Thank You.
