We were only there overnight so didn't fully utilise the facilities available - but it was good to see a little outdoor/bbq area.
Angie promptly arranged to loan us two portable chairs which we needed for a nearby event.

Nothing. Was kicked out on the streets after my money was taken for a 1 night stay in unit 2 and not refunded to me, leaving me unable to book another room elsewhere. Guess I'll sleep in the car tonight

Wynyard is located on the Inglis River and is a quiet little spot with plenty to do. Wynyard provides a great base for all sorts of day trips to Table Cape; Boat Harbour; Sisters Beach; Stanley; Burnie; the west coast and inland to various waterfalls i.e. Dip & Guide. Lots of opportunity to walk along the beach, fossil bluff exploration, cycling, fishing and many other activities and great food outlet choices. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Supermarkets close by with all manner of other retail outlets to cover all your needs

A great little town to spend some leisure time in. Op shops, nice eating places., good variey of shops. Scenic drives close by. Scenic location. A lovely boardwalk and seaside walking track is great. A good variety of accomondation available. Ladybug Pizza and Waterfront hotel had good food. The Sunday markets are only on 1st and 3rd weekends so plan your trip around them.
If visiting Table Cape, don't bother doing the walk between the light house and Lookout if you are expecting great views. There is vegetation along the walk.. much better just to drive to each location unless you are fit and don't mind walking. It is loose gravel and slippery in places.

A lovely town, beaches nearby. Easy to get around, everything one needs for a holiday; walks on the beaches or by the river; fishing spots, activities on the river. Close to Table Cape, an ideal town to stay to view the tulips in Spring.

Had fish and chips from the river front facility, about two mins walk from our accomodation. Excellent food.
Had breakfast at the Bolt historic restaurant cafe. delightful and very interesting.
Went to visitors centre, very entertaining and men enjoyed the old car exhibition.
Lots to see around the area.

Wynyard is a great little town and serves my early childhood home of Boat Harbour well. Visitors should ensure they visit Boat Harbour while holidaying at Wynyard. Don't miss Table Cape/Fossil Bluff. You wont be disappointed.
This small apartment at Kadi House on the NW edge of Wynyard was quiet, compact and extremely comfortable. We found it perfect for us to use as a base for a few days sightseeing in this beautiful area. A delightful garden welcomes you and parking is adjacent to the accommodation.
Very comfortable and decorated exceptionally well in a seaside cottage setting. The host has provided everything you may need for your holiday. Very close to downtown Wynyard.
I rarely come across a bathroom as clean as the one i had at the wharf hotel.. they seem recently renovated so it felt good to have no sign of other peoples use.
