Before our visit we changed our room to an upper floor room with balcony. The balcony area was essentially another room with table an chairs, sofa and a radiant heater which we used every night. Not the most attractive view (out over the car park) but for certain we were both glad we had an upper floor room. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities.
