We stayed overnight on a Sunday night and according to their websites, many of the cafes and restaurants were either closed on a Monday or not open for breakfast. Even The Colony at Mandoon's website said they were not open on a Monday until 10am (but in fact they were open well before that). They don't answer their phones over the weekend, so you are totally relying on website information without knowing whether it has been updated. It would be worthwhile phoning the cafes the previous week to ensure they will be open on Monday morning as I cannot confirm or deny whether they were open or not.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the Swan Valley wine region. Beautiful property with several dining options - best to visit during the weekend as some do not open during the week. Great location, within 5-10 minute drive of most wineries and cellar doors in the region. Would love to stay again during the summer months.
Nice location with the river and vineyards so close. Staff at Reception were friendly and checking-in was a breeze. Secure parking was good and walking to the main building/restaurant from the hotel rooms and vice versa was safe and easy with a lit-up walkway at night.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway, hoping for a peaceful rest and a chance to enjoy the view. Booking and check-in went smoothly, and we were impressed by the room's interior design. ng.
