Firstly the owner Lara is absolutely lovely. My husband and I have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past few months and it is absolutely amazing. The pricing weather it be per night or long term stay is absolutely worth it, not only is the home/rooms spacious but it is very cozy, comfy and located in such a beautiful and peaceful area.
Melbourne water wetlands self drive - excellent. Werribee Historic Mansion, rose gardens, lake and grounds, historic workers huts, and info - outstanding. Spent an entire day there without it having been on our original itinerary! Zoo and wineries adjacent, but didn't have time to visit.

I have to say that the location of the property suited us well but I also need to emphasise that it is the MOST UNCLEANED property I have ever stayed in, in my 75 years on this earth.

The instructions provided to the wifi password were incorrect. We located the password on the base of the router. We needed to reboot the wifi to get it to work but it still did not enable us to reach some of our programmes.

The problem of the toilet bidet caused me trouble ; I had migraine and couldn’t fell asleep easily; the second night it was too noisy after 12 as well people outside were speaking loudly and couldn’t fell asleep easily as well ; other wise was clean and tidy and close to many amenities and we found parking off the street easily

The view from our room was awful but we were only there for one night and got there late. I had asked for a room on the upper floors but we were put on the first floor. Bed was comfortable but shower head could not be adjusted which was annoying.

Great place to stay and experience different cuisines. We stayed for a horse event and enjoyed walking through the city centre. Great river walk and so many restaurants and bars. We loved it. Great place to come for a getaway that wont cost the earth.

If you’re looking for vegan or vegetarian options in the restaurant, they are there. Just poor expensive. A few sides would have been a better meal.

A real Gem in the middle of Werribee. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, eggs made to order. Great views of Melbourne and Bass Strait. The Parking was also a treat. 5 minutes walk to station. Lots of great restaurants in main street all within walking distance. Can not say anything negative about our 2 day stay.
Friendly staff, nice big room with very comfy bed and great hot shower. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. 15 minute walk to town and train station and 10 minute drive to Werribee Park including Zoo. Highly recommend this accommodation
