Right from our first contact we were welcomed like family. The house was wonderfully decorated and our room was a super size, comfortable and had everything we needed - even some special treats. The lolly and slice trolley in the guest lounge was always stocked with wonderful items. The buffet breakfast was superb as was the breakfast delivered on the trolley on Monday morning. The location on the riverbank was perfect and there was plenty of seating along the riverbank. The views from our private veranda was another special treat.

Resort is in a lovely location with beautifully maintained lawns and gardens surrounding a tranquil lagoon setting however the resort itself and accomodation is dated and desperately needs a facelift to make it more modern and welcoming.

The pool area and the lagoon were great for adults and kids.
The pool area and the lagoon were great for adults and kids. Beach is a short walk away.
Rooms were clean and comfortable but could do with a little revamp.
The breakfast was good with lots of variety but there is only one restaurant in the resort, so it got a little boring.

Big money for a three star hotel feel.
Expected more for the price.
Needs more pools. So many rooms and guest and only one average size pool.
Waited ages for a chair by the pool.

Really disappointing.
Really disappointing.
WiFi never worked effectively, so doubt it would be good for a conference venue.
As I was forced to book last minute, the costs were excessive...but didn't deliver on standards.

Our initial apartment at Sebel North Shore did not match what we booked online but the staff at Sebel were kind enough to arrange another apartment which was in keeping with what was advertised and we were more than happy with that and the way it was handled .
We were very pleased with the buffet breakfast ( one of the best we have had) and Twin Waters facilities were fantastic and beautifully kept.
Absolutely perfect for our weekend on the Sunshine Coast, the hosts have built a magnificent five star boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel that just makes you feel relaxed the moment they open the door to greet you.
Our room facing the river was a sanctuary, the bed was so comfy I had a fantastic sleep.
Breakfast was a wonderful experience and in such a lovely setting.
Will definitely be coming back.
Residents staying there were nice and welcoming and very friendly. We had our wedding at Twin Waters Golf course and the locals there were so nice and congratulated us. Property Manager David was also so helpful and understanding having our families in a few of the apartments we will be back there again for our anniversary.
The part of the hotel we stayed in is in desperate need of a remodel - I couldn't even do laundry as the dryer was broken. Our mirror in our room was chipped. The room had a gross damp feeling..I could go on and on.
Breakfast was outstanding!
The room we booked was smelly, damp and dark.
When we mentioned this we were told it was in the old part of the hotel. Even so it was awful and would not recommend.
