Great location and nice apartment. The restaurant Nunu attached to the hotel is excellent.
I have been 4 times to Trinity Beach in the last two years.
I have been 4 times to Trinity Beach in the last two years. I love it . Better value than Palm Cove or Port Douglas for me. Less to do and see there , I like the local community feel with a little amount of tourists. Enough good restaurants , and can use council bus to Cairns if needed. Not too expensive to get Uber from the airport too.

I like Trinity Beach because it's out of the city of Cairns...
I like Trinity Beach because it's out of the city of Cairns but only an easy 20min drive. It's a little closer to Port Douglas (about a 50 drive to Port Douglas) in case you'd like to go snorkelling out of Port Douglas on the Reef. It's a nice vibe near the beach with restaurants and shops.

Trinity Beach is a nice place to relax, a great alternative...
Trinity Beach is a nice place to relax, a great alternative to the Cairns CBD. No much to do - which is a good thing - but wander, visit cafes and bars, swim in the pool or just relax with a book. Close enough to Cairns to travel to reef and other tours, or to Palm Cove for lunch - public transport is conveniently located.

While the beach at Trinity Beach drops off into deep water...
While the beach at Trinity Beach drops off into deep water quickly and it was often choppy, lifeguards are on duty from 9 to 5 every day. They are all friendly and helpful. The water temp was wonderful for a quick dip or a longer swim. The landscaped area along the beach front is very clean and attractive with plenty of seating and excellent bbq and shower facilities. There is a good variety of places for coffees and meals.
Modern, clean and spacious apartments with everything you need. We were at pool level and had the most amazing view of both the pool and beach. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. Great BBQ facilities and the alfresco area to our apartment was lovely to sit back and enjoy a drink or have lunch/dinner. The ceiling fans and A/C in each bedroom was a bonus and the beds were comfy. Great location too for relaxing, as Trinity Beach is not busy like Cairns
I had a lovely studio apartment which was a good size with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Equipment in the room
was adequate and the swimming pool area and lounges were always clean. It was a short walk to the cafes and beach at Trinity Beach, there was also a lovely easy walk around the lagoon. Supermarkets, bakery and more restaurants were just a 20 minute walk away. Convenient regular buses to Cairns central and markets.
Loved the friendly family feel to the Trinity Beach Club. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere. Proprietor very helpful and obliging. Loved the pool area, and thought the barbecue area was exceptionally well equipped.
Lovely apartments very close to Trinity Beach. Hosts provide a lot of information about apartments and surrounding area before and at the apartments. Always on hand to help with any enquiries.
