I LOVED the view outside my window of the garden and pool. My bed was tooooo comfortable! I LOVED the brekky and restaurant food, the waiting staff were amazing! Shout out to Jayden. I oved how the restaurant was quiet, and had great jazz background music that wasn't loud or competing with our conversations.

I will be honest, I wasn't initially impressed with the room, but I was taught a very valuable lesson, never judge a book by its cover. The bathroom and shower were just amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were warm and friendly, and the adjacent restaurant and other facilities were fantastic. The complimentary sodas and snacks were a really lovely touch. Housekeeping was fantastic and I was really unwell on my check out day and asked for a late check out and the manager was more than happy to assist, and no extra charge was made. It was a very pleasant stay thank you.

Accommodation was comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay. We ate in the bistro and the meal was nice, the free complimentary drink each was a bonus. The only downside was the beeping smoke alarm that needed a new battery and it beeped continually every minute all night

This property is not worth your time or money.
This property is not worth your time or money. It was absolutely filthy from top to bottom. There was long black hair throughout the property, pubic hairs in the bed, finger marks on every surface, a previous customers fake nail and Bobby pins laying on the floor, filthy toilets with body hair on them, mould in two of the bathrooms, foot marks on the floor boards (from a previous guest who was obviously wet and walked throughout the property), bathroom photos on booking.com do not reflect what you actually get...and the list continues. They people in charge of the property seemed to care when I wrote an email to them upon arrival, however when someone came to clean the property, he spot cleaned on of the lounge room and didn’t fix any of the other cleanliness issues. Take it from someone who has stayed here....DONT submit yourself to this!

Sandringham beach is just over the road from the Hotel.
Sandringham beach is just over the road from the Hotel. It is a nice sandy beach. There is an elevated reserve along cliffs between Beach Rd and the beach with walkways giving nice vistas of the Bay. Beach is good for bathing/sunbaking on a hot day. Sandringham itself is a neat and affluent Melbourne beachside suburb. Public transport is good and the 'village' area is well serviced with cafes, restaurants. It is pleasant but not really a tourist destination unless you are looking to chill out and enjoy being by the sea.
We loved our stay. Sandy Breeze 3 is so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to all of the nearby beaches with our little dog (who especially loved Sandringham dog beach). The unit is clean, comfy and quiet and has everything needed for a great stay. We are looking forward to coming back!
