Amazing house with everything you need. The owners have gone all out, supplying fresh bread and staples in the pantry. House is set up for kids. Highly recommend this house. Will definitely be booking again.

Location was great. Keyless door lock system was great. Decor and bedding was all very nice. Very clean.

*Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds.
Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops.
No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival.
All Toilet roll holders not added.
No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers.
Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats.
Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but...
Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but security is a big thing in accomodation nowadays. We experienced no one available on site OR contactable by phone in any way or form. The whole scenario was frightening.

It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. The car parking was under the building with easy access to the apartment and all facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...
One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. A good one to add for the quick getaway or after the crowds have gone back to school.

We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you
We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

Rosebud is just up the road from the busier and more frenetic Portsea/Sorrento, so if you like to be away from the mix, but still have access to the beach and good cafes, it's the place to be!

It was a convenient place to stay close to our family in Rosebud. It was a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. There were plenty of supplies provided for our one night stay.

The location was fantastic, tucked in between McCrae and Rosebud. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t want to leave after just 2 nights.
I like the location. The hotel location is a 5-minute walk to my son's camping Foreshore location. The two beds are provided. One queen and one single.
