Value for money, clean, comfortable & spacious room. The staff member upon check in could not do enough for my disabled mother & I. We gave stayed here 4 times now, mostly for sports nearby. There should be more accommodation like this. Nothing fancy, but great family accommodation with easy access off the M7, making it a great stop over if travelling through Sydney.

Very convenient for Sydney International Equestrian centre. Excellent staff, great service, room well-appointed. On-site bar/restaurant good selection.
more St Marys than Rooty Hill 1
Good spacious room, but this room was stuffy without air-con on as no windows. Great shower (if constant dripping is fixed), Need reading lights to be fixed as well. Bed was comfortable
Bistro downstairs is good value

Convenient location, comfortable and roomy.
Convenient location, comfortable and roomy. Had sink which was handy (but didn’t have plug). Beds were comfy and once shower regulated was good pressure. Could do with another towel racks (nowhere to hang more than 2 wet towels). Had charging points within PowerPoints which was handy, good amount of PowerPoints, strong wifi reception. Lots of parking available. Bit dark at back of hotel if parking at night, security walking around property. Walls were thin and could hear others coming and going all night/early morning in corridors, as well as coughing, talking in next room. Bedside lights flickered constantly which was concerning so didn’t use.

The Coliseum is an impressive building with value-for-money meal options. However, it was a bit disconcerting to stumble out of a fairly refined theatre performance into the vast pokies hall that no doubt funded the theatre - it was so big I needed directions to get out.

I always loved staying at Novotel because of the big rooms, amenities and friendly staff.
However, some of the cushion could be replaced or washed regularly, it was dusty and itchy.
Also, there's not a lot of dining options considering it's Christmas and boxing day. Their own restaurant is closed and the club had very little options. Otherwise, it could had been a perfect stay.

A meticulously clean room, with modern furnishings and finishings, a generous assortment of toiletries (which I didn't use), and very hospitable service from all staff. The linen was crisp and immaculate. Robert at the front desk was very helpful over the phone and in person. It was a convenient stop-over after watching a show at the Rooty Hill Coliseum.
The hotel generously upgraded me free of charge. I slept in a large conference room with multiple web conferencing areas, including I think web conferencing in the bedroom (or high end TV). A choice of multiple pillows was provided of supportive or soft or hypoallergenic, etc. Breakfast was high quality sausages, bacon, eggs, etc.
Rooms was big and close to shops, walking distance.Hotel was clean and beds was comfortable. Room had 2 small balcony, with good views. This hotel was the cheapest in blacktown area.
