Tidy enough place with very helpful friendly staff.

Tidy enough place with very helpful friendly staff. Hotel was a bit on the old side but clean and tidy, like most Aussie motels probably suffered due to covid like all places in the world, good time for all accommodation places to give their places a new lease on life.

Loved the layout of units Didn’t like that they allowed smoking right outside rooms. Smoke drifted into our unit. Swimming pool was closed for winter which was hard to explain to kids who had come from -5deg to 18deg day. Pool was clean and looked inviting.

The Warm greeting we received from Peter was exceptional.

The Warm greeting we received from Peter was exceptional. The cottage was Cozy, clean spacious & extremely well appointed with numerous additional comforts supplied. A very extensive range of options to choose from for breakfast (included) & the offer of dinner repaired if wished. This was truly a home away from home, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We had our little toy poodle with us & she was received with a friendly pat from Peter. Glenys greeted us the following morning with a happy smile. We cannot recommend more highly, the best accommodation we have stayed at. Well done Peter & Glenys

We enjoyed our stay there as it was close to the expressway but not close enough to interfere with sleeping. We ate at the Raymond Terrace Bowling Club and found the food very good. We also visited the local Woolies which is a couple of kilometres south to grab supplies. You can get anything you need there in Raymond Terrace or Heatherbrae which is nearby. We were in transit to visit sick relatives and therefore were only basically staying there to sleep in the middle of our journey.

Being greeted with a friendly face after a full day in the car was a bonus. Getting a text message asking us our ETA also helped as our room was ready and the paperwork done by the time we arrived. The rooms were spacious, so plenty of room to lounge around.

    Well, wasn't this a surprise!

Well, wasn't this a surprise! Booked online as it was halfway on my long journey home. Looks average on the outside but amazing on the inside 😀. My room was a good size and spotless inside. Beautifully presented and furnished. Comfortable bed, table and chairs, fridge, drawers and TV make up the living area. Then there is a small area before the bathroom with good cupboard space, an iron and ironing board, microwave oven and drawers containing crockery, cutlery, toaster and tea/coffee making essentials. The bathroom is a good size, also spotless and had a hygiene seal on the toilet seat! Hair dryer on the wall. Spacious shower and an excellent quality towel set was the final touch 👌. Has a beautiful outside pool with plenty of space around it and even a Bali hut. Also has a breakfast room but it was closed due to Covid reasons. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, can't compliment them enough 👍👍👍 This is now a go to place for me next time I'm in the area 😎

It was clean and tidy. We got the feeling that the room was not just cleaned properly but proudly taken care of. There are hotels with contactless check in what I think is although the modern but not personal way. We liked that a kind smile was welcomed us. Thank you for that.

The location was great, just off the Pacific Highway and walking distance to shops and a hotel for a meal. Fantastic place to stay, it's a pity it was just an overnight for us, we would have loved to have stayed longer.

It was a very spacious hotel room so we could put the kids in their own area for the night.
