As off season the park was mainly empty so very peaceful. Cabins located at the very end of the park surrounded by bushland and small lake. Easy access to the beach. Lovely sunset. Cabin was very tidy, well supplied and comfortable.

Portalington is a small cute coastal fishing location. Boats, water and a cute business strip gives it character. Restaurants, cafes facing out to the ocean make them special to experience. The area has many drawcards: Gourmet and Produce - the main! Fresh fish supplies/muscles (BYO Eski and ice),great wineries, Distilleries/Whiskey olive grove and rolling hills, vineyards and blue back drop. Wonderful backyard we live in!

I can recommend the Atrium at the pub for dinner, and the bakery for the best morning coffee and almond croissant! It was easy to get around by car. Because I was meeting friends for an event, I didn't get to sample the local attractions, but the whole experience was so good, I'll definitely be back! :-)

Great cabins with everything you need made available.
Great cabins with everything you need made available. The down side was not having a view of the sea but the gardens and facilities would be great if you have children. A great playground area and plenty of space. We were there in the off season so not many other people around but expect it would be busy in the summer.

Cute little town. Such friendly service, particularly at the Grand Hotel where we spent new years eves as out of towners. Closes early and taxI services are limited later in evening. The beach is gorgeous and a nice little walk. Would love to take my dogs here.

There are numerous wineries and most have good wines but not all opens early. Most open at 11.00am hence would delay in visiting other wineries for tasting.
Sea food is very fresh and manage to get fresh oyster for my morning breakfast (had 2 dozens of it).
Unfortunately most store dont open for business mondays to wednesday during winter hence have limited time visiting.

Port Arlington is an undiscovered gem.
Port Arlington is an undiscovered gem. Nice wineries and distilleries close by and The Grand Hotel in the main street was excellent, we were so impressed with our meals and service. If you have bikes the cycle to St Leonards was easy along the water front. Lots of little cafes and places to eat and it just had a very relaxed feel. We would definitely visit again. The views also from Jack Rabbit winery were absolutely breathtaking and we had a great wine tasting with Peter at Lethbridge Winery - well worth a visit.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Denise & Ian have created a little oasis in Portarlington and all the wonderful reviews prove it.. It's the little touches that make it special. Home-made cakes, fruit platter, home-made bread and ample breakfast provision. The room is tastefully decorated and the bed is so comfortable.Highly recommend The Cosy Bungalow
The house was lovely and spacious, a bit older inside but that aspect made the house feel more comfortable and like home. Location really close to the beach and main street of Portarlington. Beds extremely comfortable.
The cottage is deceptively large inside and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the lounge area is cosy. Location was nice and quiet and close to Portarlington centre.
A perfect location for a golf weekend. Portarlington GC only 200 yards away. Greeted by the host, Peter, in a very friendly fashion. Room was very clean and well appointed.
