We stayed at the Marina Hotel in a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment that was perfect for our needs before and after the Rodney Fox Shark Expedition. The location was ideal for the expedition, making it incredibly convenient. However, if you're not there for that purpose, the hotel is a bit out of the way, and you would definitely need transport to get into town. Overall, a great spot for the expedition but less suited if you're looking for easy access to the town.
Guests at Grand Tasman Hotel can dine at the on-site restaurant and then listen to the evening entertainment in the bar. You can have a friendly competition playing billiards and darts.
Pier Hotel is situated overlooking the beautiful Boston Bay and foreshore. It is conveniently located in the town centre, just 1 minutes' walk from the beach, local shops, cafes and supermarkets.

Loved the quirky facade of Shark apartments.
Positioned a few metres from the wharf was fascinating .
Watching the fishing boats come and go with their catch kept us entertained , massive tuna boats , prawn and lobster boats coming and going at all times of the day.
This could be watched from our doorway and no noise that disturbed our stay , this was a pleasant surprise .
Cooking facilities in apartment are modern and adequate .
Modern bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space.
Breakfast cereals milk etc were provided with a special gift to take away on departure , such a thoughtful gesture all very much appreciated.

Port Lincoln as a whole provided a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The slow pace of life there and excellent night skies help one recharge both mentally and emotionally and help one rest in many senses of the word. The fresh seafood helps too :)

A lovely coastal town that is easy to get around. The locals are very friendly & the town has a nice vibe.
Fumo28 is a lovely restaurant for quality food with a lovely ambience. Brekkie at the Rogue & Rascal is delicious - particularly the pancakes. The Boston Hotel has a great menu & welcoming staff who care about your food experience.
The foreshore is an enjoyable walk & the water is crystal clear. It would be fabulous in summer.

Very quiet town.
Very quiet town. Fantastic oysters and lunch at seafood outlet opposite the racecourse. Shark diving is hit and miss, if miss you get a 66% off voucher to return. We would have liked to have lunch or dinner at The Line & Label Restaurant at Peter Teakle Wines but was closed when we were there.

Amazing place to visit, we went for the Port Lincoln Cup and it was fantastic as well as a Coffin Bay Oyster Farm tour. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink. Try the Beef Cheeks at The Boston Hotel.

Great stay right on the beach don’t be put off by the grain silos nearby or the port it all adds to the area around the apartment also the street view on google maps is out of date car park area is good now and a nice gravel garden leading down to the apartments

Pt Lincoln is a great country town, probably a small city, has everything you could possibly need to find, I live 350 km away and have to visit optometrists dentist then you have to go to the big hardware stores, the auto shops bakery and take away food, nothing like that where I live! It’s a nice clean friendly town.
Very easy, especially when needing a late check in.
The shower was amazing and everything was modern.
The aircon was in a perfect position and made it easy to sleep on the hot night.
The view in the morning was calming, perfect for a morning coffee. Close to the Marina Hotel where the breakfast was delightful and the Calypso shark and sealion tours.
I always stay at Port Lincoln Hotel when I travel for business to Port Lincoln.. fantastic place to stay.. friendly staff and nice food.. good music on Saturdays.. love this Hotel
