Room looked over edge of forest, which was a great view. It was a wet weekend in the late winter and the hotel was warm and comfortable when we came in. Highly recommended!

The wilderness and quietness of the forest, pools and walking trails. Excellent restaurants, cafes and great ready made food at the local IGA. Good golf course, locally operated train which is also dog friendly.

Pemberton is a classic small town, steeped in history, that I would rate highly as a place to stay. It can get very cold in Winter.
There is a well stocked IGA supermarket, which is great for those self catering.
Several local tourist attractions and the railway/tram trip is recommended. You just need to ensure it is running if you are interested in going on it when you visit.

Pemberton is a lovely place for a holiday.
Pemberton is a lovely place for a holiday. The forests are magnificent. Unfortunately this year there has been almost no rain so the creeks, waterfalls and rivers were not flowing. Dinner at the Sports Club was fabulous and very reasonable.

Pemberton is a beautiful place to spend a holiday, the green forests and the nature are a great escape from a city life. There are plenty of activities on offer, including the new aerial adventure near the Gloucester tree. It is not far from Nannup or Manjimup or even Walpole.
Good place to stay especially in the summer month to cool down.
We loved the location - that it backed onto the forest with access to some beautiful walks.
We loved the open space - plenty of room for the kids to kick the football, and ride around on their bikes. The kids also enjoyed feeding the animals each morning.
The accommodation was lovely - homely with all the lovely touches.
We appreciated that we could open all the windows, allowing lots of fresh air.
We also loved the outdoor area and outlook onto the native garden, where we enjoyed a glass of wine each evening.
A quiet out of the way spot. The Chalet was clean and well equipped. We made use of the BBQ, hot tub and canoe to go out on the lake. On one night we ate out at the Karri Valley resort (15 minute drive towards Pemberton) which has a good restaurant overlooking another lake. We found plenty to do in the area and would have like to stay longer but our schedule didn't allow. The bakery just as you arrive in Pemberton is well worth a visit.
Cat and Jon, the owners of Serenity House in Pemberton go way beyond what would be expected.
They are friendly hosts, the accommodation is first rate.
They offer a first class information folder for guests.
Breakfast had fresh produce each morning.
Highly recommended.
Location and quality of accommodation, had everything we needed for our stay. A drive into town, but to be fair there’s not a lot going on in Pemberton. Central location for sightseeing and walks. We used the restaurant and enjoyed the food.
