Gorgeous weather for time of year.

Gorgeous weather for time of year. Mid to high twenties in August. A small ,walkable centre with plentiful restaurants and cafes. A pleasant walk from one end of beach area to the other. Nice beach with shade provided by palm trees. Many opportunities for day excursions in the area. Public bus runs regularly to and from Cairns city.

Beautiful quiet town, plenty of food options, not too busy.

Beautiful quiet town, plenty of food options, not too busy. Easy as to grab a hire car to head north up to the Daintree and my 6yo was stoked to see crocs up there in the wild. Vivo was epic for dinner and Nunu a million points for a perfect brunch. Weather was tropical and warm enough even for the middle of winter we got into the pools every day. There is one heated pool, the other one you need to be a bit braver but still worth it.

Love the beach and the walks along the esplanade with the stunning palms. So many options with restaurants cafes and found the staff all very friendly. It’s very relaxing place to spend 7-10 days. Easy drive to surrounding places, port Douglas cairns and markets. If you’re interested in water activities there are options. Life saving club was great and Elgreko Greek restaurant was fantastic

Trendy tropical village by the sea.

Trendy tropical village by the sea. Not too big though having all the shops and restaurants including new mini supermarket that one would need. Very close to yacht clubs and other bistros and restaurants all within 10 to 15 mins drive. Large supermarket shopping precinct only 15mins away by car. 25mins to the airport & 30mins to Cairns.

Great for couples and those that have trouble switching off - us! We come every year and know it's the one week a year we will defrost from Melbourne, relax, unwind and have a proper break. Best coffee and toasties at 27 Degrees, Rattle & Hum to watch the AFL and the Surf Club for great meals. Hire a car and go to Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery Mossman, not what you think - grapes are a fruit remember - lovely owners, great service and shipped our wine back to Vic.

Wow! Was very impressed considering the price!! Picked this as a budget option as we were only staying in Palm Cove for a quick stop over. The hotel is actually huge with a gorgeous pool, location is unbeatable, staff were incredibly kind and helpful on arrival. Room is big, clean, spacious and has all your basic amenities (eg. toileteries, kettle with tea + coffee etc). Really impressed given the price - excellent value. Thank you!

Lovely location. We stayed in a private apartment, but could use the facilities of the hotel. Bed was comfy, breakfast wasn't included, but was lovely. The swim up bar was nice and pool area was very relaxing. Reception were really helpful booking trips. The area was a lovely place to stay and the bus into Cairns was easy. Would visit Palm Cove again.

It's Palm Cove, what more needs to be said. It's like being in Asia but the beaches are cleaner, the food is safe and there are no langauge issues. Also, could not complain about the range of hotel accommodation options or food experiences in this small community.

This is my 2nd stay at Sea Temples. I like this resort as it's easy to get around and the staff in the day spa a wonderful. Having the poolside bar and food is a bonus. They also offer room service for dinner. Great if you're a solo traveller.
