Delightful room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were all fantastic and I got a text message saying when the room was ready (which was about 2 hours earlier than expected)
There was also a lovely welcome card on the bed.

Our host has made alot of effort to have the studio decorated nicely and was thoughtful to include details such as additional bathroom essentials and chocolates on the pillow. it was exceptionally clean.

The management team provide an excellent app that gives you advice on what to do in the area as well as information about your booking. We staying to access a nearby wedding so limited spare time but we were still able to walk along Snapperman (walkable) and Palm Beaches and swim at Palm Beach (drivable). There is also a cafe at the bottom of the building which is very handy which has delicious home made slices, biscuits and bacon-egg rolls. If you do not a lift to a wedding, Uber is starting to become more commonplace in the area.

The main surf Beach and Lighthouse is a must and a trip on the Ferry plus the shops great ……excellent coffee shop and deli and wine shop.

We had beautiful weather, and the scenery is stunning.
We had beautiful weather, and the scenery is stunning. Walked to Barrenjoey lighthouse breathtaking views and shorter walk than expected, toured lighthouse, interesting history. Walked past filming of Home and Away met and had photo with one of the actors. Caught ferry over to Patonga Bch, newly renovated hotel looked great and nice food. Overall, really great stay in Palm Beach.

A beautiful B and B in such an amazing location. There is much to do in the Palm Beach vicinity and more time would have been great.
Rudi and Avalon are superb hosts and made our stay so enjoyable.
Barrenjoey House has beautiful food as well as Palm Beach Fish and Chips. The Bible Garden is very pretty with amazing views of the beach and Lighthouse.

Palm Beach is a lovely area and the unit was located conveniently near a couple of cafes and galleries. It was also close to a bus stop. It was really clean, nice decor and quite a good size.
