The location was convenient for a visit to the Hunter Valley. The accommodation was spacious for the four of us and the 3 bedroom house was well appointed, with many of the fittings fairly new.

Well kept rooms in a 1908 hotel with some renovations. Still retains that old hotel charm complete with creaky floorboards. There is shared bathrooms including a Spa... which was cool to find. Also, common area kitchen with cereal, toast, tea, coffee and juices provided. Plenty of outside deck space front and back with a lovely guest only outdoor area that gets full sun and is great during winter. They also have a great bistro downstairs and the bar is well stocked and well tapped. Plenty of options. The place was well presented and real testament to the Publican. Well done.
