The manager that greeted us on check in was lovely and very helpful. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable and great value for money. We were visiting for a wedding at the Montville village hall so the location could not have been any more convenient for us.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with good facilities and thoughtful inclusions. The best part though, is the peace, privacy, and tranquillity. The views are lovely, so much wildlife to enjoy. Respite for the soul.

Nambour is an old established town but it provides easy and quick access to the Sunshine Coast( around 20 mins to the Sunshine Coast airport) where accommodation could be considerably more expensive. My stay in the Nambour Heights Motel was directly opposite the Nambour Hospital and relatively close to other places in the area. It was 11 minutes from the Buderim Ginger Factory and very close to the Big Pineapple. Also close to the Bli Bli water ski park which appeared to be a huge complex.

Nice town with all shopping facilities. Main Quota park in town centre has three free BBQ but one out of order during our stay. Playground and skate park near this park. More BBQ and seating facilities could improve Tourist experience, difficult to find an operational BBQ in the town area. Check Hervey Bay beachfront areas for excellent examples of BBQ facilities. Convenient stopover town, did not checkout all the various parks and walking tracks in the vicinity.

We hoped to go to the Nambour museum, but due to covid, it was closed. Easy enough to find one's way around the town, though it is quite a big town.
Highly recommend the pizza and pasta restaurant in Currie street very good food and value for money. The decor at Chef Kim's Chinese restaurant, is unaffected by modernity, but the food is tasty if slightly westernized for the unsophisticated palate.

Nambour RSL for meals also recommend Endless Time Cafe for breakfast. I recommend a trip to the Landsborough Hotel 30 mins by train from Nambour.

Friendly people at the RSL club Staff great help ,meals great.Overall nice little town. Motel Central great, Owners gave us good directions to places to look at.Wish we had time to go site seeing. Next time.

Out hotel was changes on last minute by Management and we have been shifted to stinking room. I asked receptionist to give us different room. Different room was not upto standard. Toilet sewerage was stinking and bed was uncomfortable. We regret our stay at that.
Breakfast was not available, presumably due to COVID restrictions. It was surprisingly quiet given that the motel is on the main street of Nambour which carries a lot of traffic.
