The breakfast that was supplied was very basic, for us to make ourselves. This sounds petty but for example there were only two teabags and no choices. We chose to drive to a cafe in Dunkeld for breakfast

Place was warm and welcoming and everything was easy to use with instructions provided. Lights were on and the heater going which was nice. The place was sparkling clean and in really good condition and very tastefully decorated.

Comfortable room with nice couch, not large but recently renovated with a good TV and quiet AC
A lovely quiet place to stay and rejuvenate. Although on the same property as the owners, the accommodation is far enough away to be private.
The accommodation is unique and well worth the visit and stay. The bedroom is upstairs and could be difficult for anyone older with any mobility issues. We had dinner at the Royal Mail in Dunkeld and that was a good experience also.
