It was very homely, comfortable and warm. Rooms were clean and we had full access to all amenities. Friendly staff were available for questions and assistance at the drop of a hat. Accommodation was very close to The Harry Potter Experience.

The open facilities were great, perfect for our girls getaway. The premise was clean and homey for the weekend away. Location of the premise is pretty central, close to the beach, shops and sight seeing venues. Will definitely re-book the next time I visit Penninsula.

I loved my first visit to Mount Martha, and cannot believe that this is the first time I have visited. The township was fantastic - cosy, clean, full og interesting shops and the restaurants and variety of food were above average. They had an amazing gluten free place - Le Feu, which we went to on our first night. The food was possibly the best Vietnamese I have had. Great time - we were sad to leave.

beaches are very crowded but area around the peninsular if lovely. Give RedHill area a visit, lots of wineries - Montalto is very nice and for a cheaper place to eat in Redhill there are a few cafes - Greek one good value for money and the village stores where the Post is is well stocked with fesh fruit and veg, deli and wine.

Mt Martha is a very beautiful and quiet suburb.
Mt Martha is a very beautiful and quiet suburb. The old Beach area has many picturesque Historic and colourful Beach Huts along the expansive seafront. Some Huts are 2 Storey and have Front Decks, a rare sight. An exceptional and unusual sandy beach anyway but with the long line of very old but beautifully maintained Rainbow coloured huts and amenities in the Car Park it is a rare Gem.

There were an abundance of walks to explore the natural surrounds, plus a variety of beaches to choose from. Our highlight was the Briars, because we were immersed in nature and saw emus, wallabies and kookaburras up close. However, if you don't have a car or means of getting around, it may be tricky. Mt Martha is a great place to base yourself for exploring surrounding areas, and is not overcrowded.

Lovely area with nice beach. However we dined and visited the surrounding suburbs of Rosebud, Sorrento, Red Hill and Tyabb.
Visited Arthurs Seat and rode the Eagle and visited the Enchanted Gardens. Breakfast and afternoon tea were at Woodmans Estate....highly recommend.

Mount Martha is the perfect location to explore the region.
Mount Martha is the perfect location to explore the region. An easy drive back to Mornington and then back out to the seaside towns of Rosebud, Sorrento, etc. Such beautiful scenery and scrumptious places to eat.
Silversands was close to the beach and cafes, restaurants etc. It was on a quiet street. The studio was bigger than first thought and very well set up for a small space. The facilities were good - lighting, shower, bedding etc. There was a little gift box with some cereal, spreads and biscuits provided which added a personal touch. It was a quiet neighbourhood which was located close to the beach and township of Mount Martha.
We just loved every part of it, you can tell that the owners put a lot of work into this wonderful place! It's absolutely delightful, great location, really nice and clean, great attention to detail. The view from every window is stunning and I just couldn't stop saying wow! Soooo much nicer than a standard hotel, this really had character and we really enjoyed it so much we are coming back!
Such a gorgeous place to stay. Amazing beach views, beautifully decorated, cosy comfortable beds with lovely linen, spotlessly clean, plus Netflix. Great location with walking paths and about a 10min walk into Mount Martha. Would highly recommend this wonderful villa.
A charming host who wowed us with his beautiful garden and summer vegetables. Comfortable garden view room with a great spa bath. Across the road from the Mount Martha bathing boxes making it so easy for a beach swim.
Didn't use breakfast items, appreciated though. Lovely to have milk.
Property inbetween places and accessible easily to the peninsula's attractions.
Dinner at the Dava hotel was good.
