I will be honest, I wasn't initially impressed with the room, but I was taught a very valuable lesson, never judge a book by its cover. The bathroom and shower were just amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were warm and friendly, and the adjacent restaurant and other facilities were fantastic. The complimentary sodas and snacks were a really lovely touch. Housekeeping was fantastic and I was really unwell on my check out day and asked for a late check out and the manager was more than happy to assist, and no extra charge was made. It was a very pleasant stay thank you.

Moorabbin is not normally an area I would stay in (mainly because I know it so well) but my son and I were very tired and so opted in for this place and it turned out to be great. Loved having the food option right next door, delivery to front door as well - saved me from taking us out anywhere.
Dinner is best thing about this hotel, that said there is lots to recommend hotel too.
Dinner in restaurant had very good starters and wonderful main. Service from some staff very engaging, others very quiet.
This is an old brick hotel half way through a facelift: my room had lovely wooden furniture, but the walls probably haven't been painted in a few decades; modern looking bathroom on first inspection, but look in the corners and notice the age.
Staff were very helpful. My air con had a leak when I arrived and staff helped clean the filters instantly and make sure I was comfortable. Ensuite was beautiful. Good shower pressure and very modern. Exhaust fan did a great job, not often impressed with the exhausts at other hotels. Room service was delicious, quick and friendly.
Loved our accomodation, aweome time very clean, and I will recommend to anyone looking for accommodations out in Moorabbin. Looking forward to booked again next time.
