Room was basic but all the comforts were there. Very fair for the price! Super clean and extremely well located, just a few minutes walk to the shops and a little further to main town area with everything you could need. Calm and quiet too, not too much traffic noise or any noise from other guests. Super friendly owner always said hello with a big smile. Really just a great place for what you pay in that area!
Off Tap Tapas across street had great food. Chilled Rolled Ice Cream has a great selection.
Friday night, just a quick drive to the Marcoola Twilight Markets with a great variety of food trucks.
Easy access to Eumundi Markets.
Direct access to beach was great and Flagged swimming area.

Marcoola is a quiet place, but i can imagine during school holidays it would be much busier, the facility is set up for children, there is a great beach and a walking/bike track that runs along the beach, a play ground for young children in the park behind the hotel beyond the pool area, and the pool area is fantastic.

Marcoola is a hidden gem.
Marcoola is a hidden gem. Uninterrupted ocean views and beach that goes forever. Uncrowded and a beautiful view of Mudjimba Island. Loved the slower pace and less people yet it was only half an hour from Noosa, half an hour from the hinterland and 15 minutes to Mooloolaba.

The Marcoola area has wonderful beaches. Coolum has a number of places to eat at or if you don't mind a bit of a trip, The Wharf area in Mooloolaba has lots of eateries and Restaurants. Beware the Maroochydore airport is nearby and there can be some jet noise but it does seam to have a night curfew. Its a lot better now with the new runway.

Takeaways were very close by.
I would try and keep away from the Airport area maybe stay further up or down the coast but in saying that they only arrive and depart during daylight and dusk hours.
Is always nice at the beaches on the sunshine coast and always go sunshine over the Goldie any day.

The adult and children's pools were excellent as were the relaxation areas surrounding these pools.
The family apartment was sufficient for two nights, however one of the bedrooms had only a corner sliding door as a partition.

Well equipped apartment, perfect for our needs. Some essentials to get you started. Loads of kitchen tools, pans, containers, dishes, etc. View was beautiful from a nice sized verandah. Seconds to the beach, long walking paths and across the road from some eateries, convenience stores, etc. Five minutes drive from the closest Coles, little shopping centre with sushi, dominoes, etc. Marcoola is the perfect launching spot to multiple Sunshine Coast visiting spots.
Good location, a block from the beach and the Marcoola Life Saving Club which was great for dinner. Close to cafe, general store. Ideal for kids and pets with safe yard. Comfortable Master bed.
While not on the beachfront I could still sit on the balcony & see the sea. And the planes taking off - nice one. Very short walk to the beach. Very close to everything.
Good location in Marcoola and has an excellent swimming pool. After hours check in was straight forward. The units are new, presented well and were clean.
