Despite the wet weather I managed to get out for a good walk each day. I was treated to seeing dolphins right up close in the canals 3 out of 4 days!
It always feels like a holiday town in Mandurah - especially if you spend time at the foreshore, where there is a such a great choice of places to eat.

Loved the villa the views of the beach were just beautiful.
Loved the villa the views of the beach were just beautiful. Tv had great free movie options , the bathroom was lovely, the beds are comfy with comfy pillows. Pool was very relaxing Comfy padded pool lounge chairs. Looking from pool to ocean was so relaxing. Overall nice and clean my daughter & I really loved it. The location to the boardwalks with restaurants was perfect, I don’t have good knees and my walking distances are limited so it was just wonderful for my needs.

Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway..
Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway.. Lots of nice coffee places and good choice of restaurants. We left a few things to do another time and look forward to one of the cruises and visit to the Giants. It seems to be disjointed in so far as there are residential and touristy areas and then to do a proper shop for groceries you seem to have to travel a few blocks inland. Overall it was easy to get around and offers beaches, cruises and shallow foreshore pools for young kids. The pubs were teaming with people and the Sunday Market along the foreshore was great for young families. Down around the marina in the Dolphin area had a large selection of cafes for breakfast and or brunch and was a bustling no car area. However plenty of car parks nearby. We will be visiting again and spend a couple of nights as you do relax and unwind there !!!

The house is an attached unit, the keys were left in the meter box, unfortunately someone has damaged the box and it cannot be shut, it is also a health hazard as it sticks out about 6inches.
The Security system is obsolete, does not work.
The lounge is a nice size but the air con needs to be replaced, also a mosquito net needs to be replaced on the 2nd window.
The kitchen/dining room is a good size, the Air Con has fallen apart, needs to be replaced. Also the Oven does not work, The sliding door leading to the back yard need to be replaced.
The Master Bedroom is a nice size, if it has an Air Con that also does not work.
The two other bedrooms, one needs the mosquito netting replaced, both need some form of clothes hanging facility, none exists.
Impecable! From the time of booking to the end of our stay! Stay here! It's awesome. The location is very handy to all restaurants and beaches with ample parking. The guest house provided all tea / coffee/ biscuits and a bowl of chocolates! The bathroom had shampoo / conditioner / soap with fresh fluffy towels.
Can't rate it high enough!
We will def stay here again.
Very easy to get to from Perth. Good location in Mandurah. House was spacious, clean with lovely decor. Enjoyed having the use of the jetty. It worked very well for our large family gathering - we were able to spread out to various areas in the day. It was also quite safe for the small children.
The team at Atrium hotel are amazing, so welcoming.
Very close to tge foreshore so it was lovely to be able to walk everywhere.
The heated indoor pool was great for the kids.
Overall great value for money.
The house was spacious, clean and had everything there. It is close to my daughter and her family at Madora bay. It’s close to the beach and close to Mandurah.
