One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had and unsuitable as accommodation.
Honestly, as a girl, I didn’t feel safe with the rowdy pub patrons, loud noise and music blasting from the pub / bar / restaurant.
At one point in the night (past midnight) someone started blasting Rihanna’s “Only Girl In The World” under my window just as I finally had a chance to fall asleep.

The seafood restaurant (Anthony's) is pleasant and the food is plentiful. The local pizza shops are not brilliant (we tried a few). Coles is close and everything if you are looking at a longer stay. Nice walks down by the beach and pleasant to take your dog. You can reach virtually everything in Kincumber by walking. The main road through town (Avoca) gets VERY busy during peak hours.

The unit is quite small but exceptionally clean. The Suite is delightfully decorated and comfortable. The garden and fishpond are beautiful and a variety of seating is available. The Suite is in a suburban neighbourhood, but is peaceful and pretty. Perfect for a lone travellor or couple planning a short stay. As I was in town for a function in a neighbouring town (Avoca Beach), I did not get to see much of Kincumber itself.
