A bright, clean apartment. Location was great. Restaurant/cafes on the ground floor were great. Comfortable beds and lounge area.
Set in Kawana Waters, Oceanus Luxe Beachfront Bokarina offers a patio with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub.

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with lots of little touches such as make up wipes, and jam and Vegemite (single serves). There was also undercover parking for 2 cars. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had all you need. Would recommend this place.

When booking this hotel through booking.com the rooms looked clean fresh new ect immediately after checking in we realised this is not how it’s advertised 1. We had made a special request asking for them to put some flowers or write a card as we where booking this for my 18th birthday they replied saying that it was confirmed and there will be no extra charge( there was absolutely nothing done) as a matter of fact we got the “worst room” they had according to the rude office lady we have pubes in the shower the tv would turn off every 3 minutes and take 5 minutes to load the wifi was incredibly bad the AC leaks on the floor we asking to get changed rooms and was told we had to pay an extra $250 per night

Full kitchen, laundry, lovely showers, spacious lounge room, kitchen area. Plenty of space for hanging up clothes as well of space in bathrooms. Beds were quite comfortable. Undercover secured parking. Good sized balcony with a fabulous view. Awesome walking track around the lake. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully a lot longer next visit as there’s so much to explore.

We liked the quiet location of the Oceanus apartments, the luxury and presentation of the apartment. It was a beautiful stay, close to a wonderful beach where in late Feb each year, the turtles hatch from their eggs in the sand and make their way to the water. Great Italian restaurant nearby and major shopping centre two kms away. A great place to stay and we would recommend this apartment complex to anyone as we will definitely be a regular visitor to this apartment ourselves. Owner/manager is friendly, efficient and on hand if there are ever any issues.

Great outlook over lake and out to the distant ocean.
Great outlook over lake and out to the distant ocean. Comfortable beds and reasonably clean apartment. Splash back looked dreadful (not cleaned effectively). TV remote not working. Effects of being on the coast very apparent with corrosion on some of the amenities and building.
Check-in very confusing. Given two addressess in separate messages for this. Carage door faulty - no security for carpark.
Improve your check-in and check-out procedures and be more descriptive regarding the 'manager's box'

It was affordable accommodation, the venue is fairly new, well presented, clean with all facilities. Food and shopping are close by for locals and people visiting Australia. Not far at all from the main centres in Sunshine Coast, I think all rooms have balconies with this Great Lake view which is so relaxing for holidayers. We will definitely come back for our next stay whenever we will come to Sunshine Coast - Staff were the Best!!! Thank You

It is the only hotel in the area, built to suit visitors to the hospital opposite. No lounge to speak of nowhere to sit in the sun.
There was a disconnect between reception and catering and I had to challenge the extra charges on my bill.

Very basic room - average cleanliness. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable with cheap doonas. Satisfactory for a basic hotel but we had expected more for the cost from a chain like Mercure. Plenty of eating options within short distance and good location if you needed hospital. Provided us with a bed for the night in order to attend a medical appointment nearby (school holidays and nicer options were ridiculously expensive) and may make a good base, but otherwise not much to offer.
Nice clean and fairly new complex with parking albeit limited for vehicles over 2m high (but appeared enough). Studio room has generous bathroom and nice size balcony that catches morning to midday sun a little in warmer month (more so in cooler months. Has views over Kawana waters.
10 minute walk to Birtinya shopping centre
Location and cleanliness were great and space and size of the rooms. We were up for the Footy game and the stadium was 5mins for the Hotel, you could see it form our room.
