two rooms, bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom clean, bathroom dirty and therefore felt very uncomfortable using the bathrooom 5pts for each room therefore 5/5 bedroom 0/5 bathroom = 5/10 overall.
Problem with bathroom is that the cleaner has not used bleach or anti-mould in the shower for at least 12 months judging by the amount of black mould in it. No soap scum, so it is cleaned, but has black mould so not cleaned very thoroughly. YUK!
