Loved everything about our stay, the staff were wonderful, the location was perfect and the room was super comfy. It was cold but it’s winter and we enjoyed wrapping up so that didn’t bother us, but being warm clothes. We really loved the location and how quiet it was, highly recommend staying here.

It's nature, far away from everything. We get to see the milky way for a short period of time and wold Koala is everywhere. The public toilet is so clean and the facilities is very comfortable. Will definitely go there again.

So lovely to have pet friendly accommodation that is actually quality and not feel like we are being punished for having a furbaby with us.
Large clean comfortable apartments set in a beautiful (large) garden. There is a panoramic view to the sea (about 5km away) and the forested hills of the Otways. Fresh tasty greens, fruit and herbs available from the property garden. Birdlife was stunning (watch the wedge tail eagles soaring above the valley). Bring some binoculars if you are into birdwatching. The beach at Johanna is wild and rarely suitable for swimming but it is magnificent. Take a drive on the Aire Settlement road to see some mountain ash forest.
The cottage was located on a beautiful farm with a wonderful view. a little back alley led to Johanna Beach. The perfect location to spend a few days during the great ocean trip to be in nature, smell the sea breeze and relax. finding the location was easy, instructions were very clear and once you are inside the cottage, you don’t feel the need to go out again. just make sure you bring all your own groceries.
Stunning views in peaceful setting with rolling hills looking out to sea. The farm was full of beautiful animals with big personalities and our kids enjoyed collecting eggs and feeding the alpacas and ponies. With Johanna Beach and some lovely walks nearby there was plenty to do over a long weekend. We hope to come back again soon.
The fire at night was a treat. The location on a working farm and being able collect a few fresh eggs from the chickens and a few veg from the garden was enjoyable. Also location near exceptional Johanna beach and walks.
Amazing views on the mountains and Johanna beach, very relaxing cottage surrounded by cows. Great indoor pool. Very clean and comfortable and very well equipped !
