You literally get what you pay for haha. The location is very convenient and the price is very affordable which is perfect for couples or solo travelers who just need a bed to sleep for the night. Staff were also extremely friendly and provided very good customer service. 2-3 days before my stay, they were courteous enough to set the right expectations about the building and room's condition by explaining the situation due to them having just taken over the building from the previous tenant. They even offered to refund if I decided to cancel my booking. I was pleasantly surprised to see the beds done so nicely during my stay alongside with providing towels, cloth, body lotion, shampoo.

We only got a glimpse of Jamberoo town when we went in to...
We only got a glimpse of Jamberoo town when we went in to grab breakie on Sunday. We had come down to stay close to Jamberoo Action park. The town seemed super cute with an amazing looking pub and we grabbed a great breakfast and good coffee Kings Patisserie and Cafe. Hope to go back again one day and explore a bit more on a longer trip.

Not good at all .iwas thinking of getting thw money back and going some where else. As kids couldnt and wouldnt go out to use the pool or any thing

Beautiful boutique hotel, very original, every detail...
Beautiful boutique hotel, very original, every detail thought of. So close to Sydney yet far enough that it felt like a holiday. The drive was relaxing and beautiful, the shops are just minutes away, the beaches of Kiama are close, but we didnt even want to leave as the resort facilities are fantastic!

The gardens and grounds should be very nice when finished and mobile phone and internet are established.
The shower head that came to shoulder height could be tolerated but was not appreciated.
The mini-fridge and tea making facilities in the cupboard left little room for clothes.
The lack of human contact, extending to coded door entry, left a negative impression.
My wife will not stay there again.

Wonderful spot - lots for everyone to do at the hotel and in the surrounding area. Beautiful location, clean rooms, love the decor, service was great, food was great. Close to the water park, beach, national parks, restaurants etc. But you don’t even have to leave the hotel to have a good time, with a lovely pool, cocktails, restaurant, games room, bikes, among other things, to keep everyone busy!
All staff were very kind and helpful. Especially staff, Farth was very supportive.
Even very early morning when we needed something, he was very kind and helped with smile.
Breakfast was simple but we really enjoyed.
Location is really good too, close to Jamberoo action park and rain forest.
We also enjoyed swimming pool, sauna and spa.
We really like the place, It was our first time at The Lodge Jamberoo.
Great place to relax. Definitely we will come back.
Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed our cappuccino in the beautiful garden.
New owners were excellent.
Resort has all new furbished rooms - very comfortable.
