The reception had the smell of damp carpets which wasn’t very pleasant as a first entrance into the hotel, the ensuite shower was not cleaned properly as there was hair in the shower on the walls and on the floor and I was woke up a couple of hours after I fell asleep by a fire alarm that went off due to moisture sensed in the fire alarm which was a malfunction apparently.
